US rescinds AD review on cold-drawn tubing from Switzerland

10 Apr 2026 14:23 reported by Stanley Wang

A A A
The U.S. Department of Commerce has rescinded its administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on certain cold-drawn mechanical tubing from Switzerland for the period June 1, 2024, through May 31, 2025, effective April 8, 2026.

The review covered Benteler Rothrist AG, Mubea Präzisionsstahlrohr AG, and Mubea Inc., but was terminated after the agency found no reviewable entries of subject merchandise during the period. Commerce stated that, in the absence of suspended entries, the review could not proceed under applicable regulations.

The review was initiated in July 2025 following requests from U.S. producers. Commerce said current cash deposit requirements will remain unchanged.
