Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL), a state-owned steel producer in India, is seeking buyers for 60,000 tons of prime concast steel billets. This export tender requires delivery on an F.O.B. stowed basis by June 30, 2026. Interested parties must submit their bids by 12:00 on April 29, 2026, with a minimum requirement of 30,000 tons. Offers should remain valid until May 4, 2026.

The sale involves various sizes, including 150x150mm and 200x200mm blooms, available in 3 SP and 4 SP grades.

The transaction will proceed via an irrevocable international letter of credit payable at sight. Bidders may select single or multiple sizes, provided the total volume meets the minimum threshold. This move allows the steelmaker to distribute its premium inventory through direct ocean export.
