The US International Trade Commission (ITC) is conducting sunset reviews of anti-dumping (AD) duties on welded line pipes from South Korea and Turkey. Additionally, the ITC is evaluating countervailing duties (CVD) on the same products from Turkey. These reviews will determine if ending the current AD and CVD orders would cause material injury to domestic producers to persist or return.

Dumping margins for South Korean suppliers range from 2.53% to 6.23%. For Turkish firms, these margins vary between 6.66% and 22.95%. Furthermore, net subsidy rates for Turkey show a wide gap, with some companies facing a 1.31% rate while others reach 152.20%.

The products involved are under Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS) subheadings 7305.11.1030, 7305.11.5000, 7305.12.1030, 7305.12.5000, 7305.19.1030, 7305.19.5000, 7306.19.1010, 7306.19.1050, 7306.19.5110, and 7306.19.5150. The subject goods may also enter in HTSUS 7305.11.1060 and 7305.12.1060.
