Colombia finalized an anti-dumping (AD) investigation into welded iron or steel circular conduits from China. The Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism (MCIT) established a minimum FOB price of US$2,126.66 per net ton for these products. Importers must pay a tax equal to the difference if their declared FOB price is below this threshold.

The products involved are welded steel pipes with circular section, iron or steel, used for electrical cable protection, with a nominal diameter of 12.7 mm (1/2”) to 152.4 mm (6”), classified under HS code 7306.30.99.00.

The final measures will be valid for five years, effective immediately upon the official publication.
