Dongxing Jiaxin New Materials Company, JISCO's subsidiary, has successfully trial-produced two high-end aluminum alloy bars: 5083 (228mm diameter) and 6A02 (533mm diameter). Testing shows both fully meet customer specifications, marking a breakthrough in the company’s R&D, customized production, and core processing capabilities. 

The 5083 Al-Mg alloy offers high strength, excellent seawater corrosion resistance, and good weldability, suitable for shipbuilding, offshore platforms, and cryogenic vessels. The 6A02 Al-Mg-Si alloy provides medium strength, excellent hot workability, and tensile strength of 380-400 MPa after heat treatment, widely used in rail transportation and high-end equipment. 

The company will continue to optimize casting processes and develop high-end products to meet market demands and enhance its core manufacturing capabilities.
