The current inquiry evaluates dumping practices from July 2024 to June 2025, assessing injury data from July 2020 through June 2025. This probe targets products under subheadings 3701.30.21 and 3701.30.31 of the Mercosur Common Nomenclature (NCM).

This administrative action extends previous measures from May 2021, which imposed five-year AD duties ranging from US$0.19 to US$2.38 per kilogram across the named regions.

Those earlier tariffs expired on May 7, 2026.
