The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) has released preliminary results of its anti-dumping (AD) administrative review on oil country tubular goods (OCTG) imports from Mexico.

The department found that Tubos de Acero de Mexico, S.A. (TAMSA) sold OCTG products in the US market at prices below normal value during the review period from November 2023 to October 2024, with a weighted-average dumping margin of 1.62%.

The review for Siderca S.A.I.C. and Vallourec Oil & Gas Mexico, S.A. de C.V. was partially revoked due to the absence of reviewable imports during the review period.

The USDOC plans to issue its final determination within 120 days after publication of the preliminary ruling.
