The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) finalized its review into large diameter welded pipes from South Korea, for a review period from January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023.

The USDOC concluded that several South Korean manufacturers and exporters received government subsidies during this period. Hyundai RB Co., Ltd. received a subsidy rate of 0.79%, a figure also applied to non-selected companies such as HiSteel, Hyundai Steel, and Nexteel.

SeAH Steel Corporation received a lower rate of 0.41%, which the authority classifies as de minimis.
