US imposes final AD duties on Turkish circular welded carbon steel standard pipes

15 May 2026 16:00 reported by Joy Liu

The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) finalized its investigation into circular welded carbon steel standard pipe and tube products from Turkey, determining that Turkish exporters sold these goods in the US at prices below their normal value. This administrative review focused on the trade period from May 1, 2023, to April 30, 2024.

According to the final results, Borusan Mannesmann Boru Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. and its affiliated entities received a weighted-average dumping margin of 9.31%. This percentage is the gap between the export price and the actual market value of the steel products.

The ruling confirms that these Turkish manufacturers engaged in dumping practices, leading to the application of specific duties for the reviewed period.
