A A A
The US International Trade Commission (USITC) gave notice of the institution for the investigations of anti-dumping (AD) and countervailing duties (CVD) on imports of aluminum lithographic printing plates from China and the AD investigations on the same products from Japan, based on a petition filed by Eastman Kodak Company on September 28 this year.

The products involved are classified under subheading 3701.30.00 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States.

The USITC will make its preliminary determination for the AD and CVD probes by November 13, 2023, unless the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) extends the initiation time.
