Oman Aluminium Rolling Company SPC (OARC) has obtained ASI Performance Standard V3 (2022) Certification, according to the announcement from the Aluminium Stewardship Initiative (ASI) on November 18.

The certification applies to facilities of aluminum alloy hot bend coils and finished coils in Sohar, Sultanate of Oman.

ASI’s announcement pointed out that OARC’s facility has an annual production capacity of 140,000 metric tons of multi-purpose aluminum coils, used in a variety of industries including building and construction, transportation, packaging, consumer durables, energy, and HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning).
