According to a notice on July 1, 2025, the anti-dumping (AD) duties imposed by the EU on aluminum extrusions from China are scheduled to expire on March 31, 2026. This AD measure was initially implemented on March 30, 2021.

From July 1, EU producers can now apply for a sunset review of existing AD duties until three months before the expiry date. To initiate this review, EU manufacturers must provide sufficient evidence demonstrating that the expiry of these measures would likely lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping and injury to the domestic industry.

The products involved are classified under HS codes 7604101011, 7604109011, 7604109025, 7604109080, 7604210000, 7610909010, 7604299000, 7608100011, 7608100080, 7608208100, 7608208900, and 7604291000.
