Argentina's Ministry of Economy concluded its sunset review of anti-dumping (AD) measures on non-electric household aluminum radiators for central heating from China and Italy. The review resulted in a negative final determination, leading to the termination of the AD duties on these products.

Besides, an anti-circumvention investigation targeting Chinese aluminum radiators was also ended, meaning no AD duties will be collected.

The products involved are under a tariff code of MERCOSUR Common Nomenclature (NCM) 7615.10.00.

On November 5, 2024, Argentina initiated the AD sunset review on the subject products from China and Italy, as well as an anti-circumvention investigation on China.
