Garden City Equity, a people-first holding company focused on partnering with exceptional founder-owned businesses, announced it had invested in Commercial Residential Aluminum (CRA), a Florida-based market leader in the design, fabrication, and installation of premium outdoor aluminum product solutions.

Founded in 1992, CRA employs over 200 people and has installed more than 30,000 aluminum screen enclosures in the past five years. Garden City did not disclose deal terms but emphasized alignment with CRA’s long-term growth vision. CRA CEO Doug Sorantino stated the partnership will help expand offerings and regional reach while maintaining quality.
