According to a Federal Register notice on August 11, 2025, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) made a preliminary determination of the anti-dumping (AD) measure on common alloy aluminum sheet from Taiwan, finding that C.S. Aluminium Corporation (CSAC) sold the subject product at prices lower than the normal value during the period of review from April 1, 2023, to March 31, 2024.

The weighted average dumping margin for CSAC is preliminarily set at 0.71%.

Besides, the USDOC is rescinding its administrative review for 12 other companies, as the requests to review them were timely withdrawn by the petitioners.

Unless there's an extension, the USDOC is scheduled to release the final results of this review within 120 days of this notice being published.
