According to statistics released by the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) of China, China's primary aluminum output reached 3.78 million tons in July, slightly rising by 0.6% compared to the same month a year ago. The cumulative production for the first seven months of the year totaled 26.4 million tons, up by 2.8% year on year.

Overall, China's output of ten non-ferrous metals in July was 6.8 million tons, representing a year-on-year increase of 2.2%. The total output for these metals from January to July amounted to about 47.4 million tons, growing by 2.8% from the corresponding period a year earlier.
