John Cockerill Hydrogen and the Institute for Technological Research into Materials, Metallurgy, and Processes (IRT M2P) have strengthened their partnership in the development of green hydrogen technology.

On September 5, executives from both organizations signed an agreement to commission two electrolysis test benches in Metz, France. These facilities will test future electrolyzers as part of the European IPCEI Hy2Tech project.

The collaboration aims to advance research on equipment and components for technological innovation in the hydrogen sector. Both organizations have been working for years to develop France's green hydrogen ecosystem and accelerate hydrogen industry growth across Europe.
