Nevada Lithium Resources Inc. announced that it signed a non-binding Letter of Intent (LOI) with Korean-based Hydro Lithium Inc. to explore the recovery of critical minerals from its 100% owned Bonnie Claire lithium and boron project in Nye County, Nevada.

The LOI involves using proprietary extraction technologies to recover valuable elements, including those on the U.S. critical minerals list. The agreement also contemplates potential collaboration on other North American properties. The LOI is non-binding and is set to terminate either upon signing a definitive agreement or on September 25, 2026.
