Aluminium Bahrain (Alba) has cooperated with ARRAY Innovation, an AI and Cloud native digital solutions company, to launch a high-tech project focused on applying AI, advanced data science, and machine learning to its pot lines.

The initiative, announced at the Gateway Gulf Investment Forum 2025 in Bahrain, is designed to give Alba's operators AI-powered assistance for optimizing the aluminum reduction process. It aims to increase energy efficiency, regulate bath temperature, and extend pot life.

Alba Executive Chairman Khalid Al Rumaihi said that the project accelerates the company’s digital journey, equipping teams with powerful tools for smarter and safer decision-making. The solutions are expected to reduce costs, minimize downtime, and enhance safety across operations.
