Turkish aluminum producer ASAŞ has acquired France-based Eurofoil France as part of its global growth strategy, expanding its footprint across Europe.

The French unit will continue operations under the new name ASAS S.A.S. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Derya Hatiboğlu, General Manager of ASAŞ, said it is a strategic step that strengthens the company's international synergy and production capacity. He stated the acquisition reinforces ASAŞ's European market presence, allowing the firm to provide customers with a more agile and sustainable service network.

The company will integrate Eurofoil France's existing experienced staff and production capabilities, with a focus on high-quality and sustainable manufacturing.
