Mexico terminates AD duty on China’s aluminum discs

6 Nov 2025 15:40 reported by Joy Liu

A A A
On November 4, 2025, Mexico's Ministry of Economy (SE) announced that it had decided to end the anti-dumping (AD) measures against aluminum discs from China, effective on November 7, 2025.

The decision was made because no sunset review investigation request was submitted by domestic Mexican producers.

The AD duty, which previously applied a rate of US$1.17/kilogram, was first imposed following an affirmative final determination on November 6, 2020. The original investigation began in August 2019.

The subject products are under the tariff code 7616.99.10 of the TIGIE.
