Australia launches AD & CVD probes on China’s aluminum windows and doors

On November 25, 2025, the Australian Anti-Dumping Commission initiated anti-dumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) investigations on aluminum windows and doors imported from China, following an application filed by the domestic company Ventora Group Pty Ltd and the Australian Glass and Window Association.

The investigation period spans from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025. The Commission expects to complete its statement of essential facts (SEF) by March 16, 2026, and submit the final report to the Minister for Industry and Science by April 29, 2026.

The affected products are under HS code 7610.10.00.12.
