Mexico imposes provisional AD duties on hollow aluminum profiles from China & US

On December 31, 2025, Mexico's Ministry of Economy (SE) issued a preliminary anti-dumping (AD) ruling on hollow aluminum profiles imported from China and the US.

Effective immediately for four months, the government set provisional duties at US$1.88/kg for Chinese goods and US$1.62/kg for American products.

The initial investigation was launched in March 2025, covering the dumping investigation period from July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024, and the period of the injury analysis from July 1, 2021, to June 30, 2024.

The products involved are under tariff code 7604.21.01 of the TIGIE.
