Bridgnorth Aluminium plans to resume full-time operations

6 Jan 2026 17:04 reported by Joy Liu

Bridgnorth Aluminium, the only producer of flat rolled aluminum coils in the UK, plans to return to full-time production across primary processing zones. This expansion represents the highest output level for the company in three years and is expected to generate new local jobs. The company said this growth was due to rising global demand for recyclable materials and battery components.

Bridgnorth Aluminium expects significant export increases, particularly within the US market. Despite existing trade tariffs, Bridgnorth maintains a competitive edge by providing specialized technologies unavailable to American domestic buyers.

Recent investments in technology teams and employee training have enabled the company to better address global economic challenges while expanding its market share in the renewable energy sector.
