On February 23, 2026, the Ministry of Economy of Argentina announced the termination of the anti-dumping (AD) measures on aluminum foil imported from China, based on its negative final determination in a combined sunset and changed circumstances review.

The products involved are simply rolled aluminum foil with thicknesses between 0.006 mm and 0.2 mm and widths up to 1,300 mm, excluding smooth foil meeting ASTM B 373-95 standards with at least 99.2% aluminum content, a thickness of 6 micrometers or less, and coil widths up to 500 mm. The subject goods are under the tariff heading 7607.11.90 of the Mercosur Common Nomenclature (NCM).

The termination of these AD measures takes effect immediately.
