Mexico's Ministry of Economy (SE) issued a final affirmative ruling on March 6, 2026, regarding the sunset review of aluminum pressure cookers from China.

This decision maintains a 92.64% anti-dumping (AD) duty on aluminum pressure cookers with a capacity of up to 9 liters, classified under tariff code 7615.10.02 of the TIGIE. The extension remains valid for five years, retroactive to December 27, 2024.

Initially implemented in 2019 following an investigation launched in 2018, these measures underwent review starting in December 2024. The Ministry analyzed dumping activities from October 1, 2023, to September 30, 2024, and industrial injury patterns from October 1, 2019, to September 30, 2024.
